We ship items from our workshop to the UK. For the rest of Europe, please visit this store, https://linenshed.store . VAT and all taxes are included in our store prices for Europe as well as for UK.

Please contact us if your country is not included in the list to assist you further with the delivery to your country. At Linenshed, we will make everything possible.

All our products are custom tailored upon receiving the order. Allow 5 to 8 business days for completion.

We dispatch your order as soon as it is finished in production and you will receive a tracking number via email.

For the UK and rest of Europe:
Parcels are shipped via DHL Express 1-2 days or DPD Parcel, 8 to 15 working days in average.

Please note that Linenshed doesn’t deliver to P.O Box Address.

Our shipping fees are based on the weight of your order, packaging, courier and handling fees.

For refused shipments, Linenshed will not refund any shipping charge.

True New Linen

Happy with my first grown up set of linens. How wonderful to sleep on quality bedding, what a difference it makes. Have had the best sleep since using these and look forward to them softening. Nice neutral colour that won't look dingy after washing. They were packaged well. Recommended. So glad I chose Linenshed.
The only downside was DHL whose delivery was made even later than the expected time, due to the lazy driver not taking the time to find my address which meant I had to wait an extra two days.

Such lovely quality and colours. I look forward to going to bed every night, it is a very different experience sleeping in linen....no looking back.

I haven’t yet hung them but both pairs look very lovely & are very good quality, the stitched edges are perfectly executed too, would recommend

Good quality but colours are not as shown. Ice blue is really pale green and french blue is bluey grey. Disappointed with colours.

My napkins have just arrived and I couldn't be happier. Lovely soft linen, simply edged.
Delivery was much faster than some of the reviews led me to think would be the case. Xmas deliveries are always tricky!

The collar is very large and the lack of pockets is a shame. Apart from that I'm delighted with them, good quality material and very well made.

Not received

I did not receive any swatches! I waited considerable time for the swatches then decided to order using the photos.

You swatch pouch might have been lost in the courier, we are really sorry. I requested my office to forward you a fresh swatch pouch for potential future orders.

Nightmare returns process

Lovely product but colour not true to image (difficult I know) therefore needed to return which is a very long winded and difficult process. For this reason despite loving the product would not deal with company again which is a shame as I am an interior designer

We are a bit confused with your feedback since you had ordered from us a swatch pouch with all the physical linen colour samples prior to your order, you may have chosen your nude colour according to it and not to what you may see on a screen. For any further order, please always refer to the physical linen swatches as they are cut from our inventory, they are exactly as the product we will make for you or your customers.
